We do not charge referral fees or require retainers, and our referrals are free to law firms. Our revenue is generated through a modest percentage of expert billings, with no markups or hidden costs.
We work with experienced plaintiff and defense attorneys who value credible, well-supported analyses of standard of care and medical causation.
When a case lacks medical merit, we say so early—helping attorneys avoid unnecessary expert costs and protect professional credibility.

All of the experts on our platform maintain academic appointments, leadership roles, or extensive clinical experience in hospital and institutional settings. Each expert is screened for appropriateness on a case-by-case basis rather than assigned through automated matching.
